Usability

Constantly tailoring solutions according to customers’ requirements, we are well aware that maintaining streamlined usability means finding different solutions for identical issues occurring at different levels.

Unlike classical solutions, ours has not put all functionalities together, supplying users with an interface consisting of tens or hundreds of fields, multiple pages or overlapping dialogue boxes. Instead, we have defined several interface versions, each responding to the operations users need to make.

Short response time

The bigger the data volume, the more difficult to achieve a short response time.

ONE ERP is built to have a short response time for all its functionalities. Even more so, the response time shall remain the same irrespective of the data volume managed.

This performance is made possible through the pre-calculation of many different information in parallel databases. Using the event system, these pre-calculations are updated in real time, as the original data is modified.

Scalability

Scalability refers to how ONE ERP manages to support the increase in volume of daily operations (both over time, and immediately).

Besides the fact that it is built for different loading levels, ONE ERP can be run in distributed computing environments, where system performance can be easily improved just by adding new computers.

Configurability-Modularity

Configurability and modularity are the means by which ONE ERP is custom-made.

For each customer, the standard ONE ERP modules are included into a profile that makes up the custom-made solution. Customers can get modules tailored to their own activity or specific configurations of the standard modules.
