ONE Retail is a cloud computing type Software-as-a-Service solution for traders of all sizes. Unlike the classical solutions, ONE Retail means a considerably smaller initial investment, in both software and equipment.

How?

The solution covers all equipment, licenses and services through a monthly subscription. All data are to be hosted on our infrastructure, based on the cloud computing Google App Engine.

The only equipment you need is: at central level – a computer with a web browser and Internet connection; in each store – a POS (or computer) connected to a fiscal printer (or cash register) and an Internet connection.

Architecture

As shown in the figure, stores have direct internet communication with ONE Retail.

 

 

All operations are sent to ONE Retail in real time. The stores have a database that includes only the product list and the transactions that have not been sent (in case of system failure – when the Internet connection does not work).

Along with its easy putting into operation, this minimal database has also the advantage of enabling the easy replacement of a broken computer, without the risk of losing the data (all data are saved in ONE Retail).

The stock of products for each store, the sales report, and the legal reports (cash book, management report) can be visualised at any time at central level.

The product and price list (common to all stores or for each store separately) can be managed at central level; furthermore, at central level as well, purchases can be made, as well as the transfers between stores or between stores and the warehouse.
