Here are the standard stages:
1. Analysis and documenting requirements
The analysis is performed based on requirements, expressed freely by the customer. The requirements are then adjusted, with the customer’s agreement, to the practices in the field.
Finally, given the requirements and the technological constraints, documentation is drawn up for the product to be developed.
2. Design
The design is developed based on product documentation and it will include all the technical details of implementation, such as the software architecture of the system, the block diagrams for the algorithms and the workflows, the graphical presentation of the interface, the database structure, the security scheme, etc.
In addition to the technical details, the following are further defined: activities, activities association within the development team, and delivery deadlines.
